Herman visits the Stone Soul Picnic
WLOK held the annual Stone Soul Picnic in Tom Lee Park. Herman got much love from the people at the event. Hundreds kept cool with Herman Morris for Mayor fans, and they also kept it real about the need for change in Memphis.
